His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince and Deputy Prime Minister, met with Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi. A number of bilateral relations and potential cooperation opportunities were discussed during the meeting, as well as exchanging views on a number of regional issues.
In addition to Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, the Saudi Ambassador to Iraq Abdulaziz Al-Shamri and the Minister of Energy Dr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Qasabi attended the meeting. A number of Iraqi officials attended the meeting, including Foreign Minister Fouad Hussein, Oil Minister Ihsan Abdul-Jabbar Ismail, Trade Minister Dr. Alaa Ahmed Hassan, and Iraq’s Ambassador to the Kingdom Dr. Abdul Sattar Hadi Al-Janabi.
